• Initial interview when registering:
  Experience of a sailor, suitability, competence, fitness, character and qualification; Track record and work reviews from previous employers, crewing agencies or other relevant organizations; Evaluation attitude and psychological condition
• Verification of the authenticity and legitimacy of documents and their eligibility:
  STCW '78 / ‘95 and the requirements of IMO ISM Code Our methods allow you to ensure that the qualifications and skills of seafarers correspond to what is indicated in their certificates.
• Knowledge test of English language
• Medical examination, including drug-/alcohol test in the largest licensed Ukrainian Center for Maritime Medicine
• Familiarization with company's policy (employer) and safe management system.
